The House does not correct the body toward an external ideal. It preserves and organises the coherence of a living organism.

The Method

The Method is the structure.

Sofia Method is an original system of body regulation, sensory coherence and somatic continuity.

Its focus is not to normalise the body, eliminate stress or produce isolated aesthetic outcomes.

Its work is to reduce prolonged physiological disorganisation, preserve functional coherence and allow visible form to emerge as consequence, not as target.

Within the method, the body is read as a living, adaptive and multiregional organism.

No intervention precedes reading. No reading ignores function. No aesthetic result is treated as separate from coherence.

Governance

Governance protects continuity.

The House of Sofia operates through governance rather than personal discretion.

Every operational decision, member journey, protocol and environmental standard follows a defined architecture designed to preserve coherence across time.

Governance exists to protect the method from fragmentation, operational drift and isolated decision making.

The House is not dependent on individual interpretation. It is sustained by structure, documentation and continuity.

Method creates direction. Governance preserves direction.

Concession Model

Concession, not franchise.

The House of Sofia expands through governed territorial concession.

A concession does not transfer ownership of the method. It does not authorise teaching, adaptation, sublicensing or local derivation.

It grants a conditional right to operate one authorised House under strict structural, methodological, sensory, operational and brand governance.

Growth is permitted. Fragmentation is not.

The concession filter for The House of Sofia is open for a limited period only.

This first institutional opening is reserved exclusively for Class S territories: New York, London, Paris and Tokyo.
